Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of the retail mall.
• Manage feedback and service requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works for optimal mall performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas and follow up on outstanding works.
• Prepare maintenance reports and incident reports accurately and on time.
