Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITES

  • Main responsibility will be to perform Routine Preventive Maintenance and repair of mobility equipment issues.
  • Conduct safety checks and ensuring equipment meets required standards.
  • Keep track of equipment, parts, and supplies.
  • Maintain repair logs and other relevant documentation.
  • Maintenance of building facilities
  • Maintenance of systems – mechanical, electrical, sanitary, plumbing, air-con, audio visual
  • Maintenance of furniture & equipment
  • Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
  • Handle and manage technical issues and to trouble-shoot/rectify the problem on site
  • Responsible for all technical/operational issues raised by internal/external customers and liaise with them to ensure complaints are resolved
  • Coordinate work with contractors and ensure they deliver their services
  • Maintain and update maintenance records and documentations including data entry
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Reporting Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • ITE in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services/ Engineering
  • Knowledge and experience in medical mobile equipments (wheelchair, shower trolley & hospital bed etc) and M&E work is required
  • Experience in mobility equipment maintenance will be an added advantage
  • Pleasant personality, good working attitude and team-spirit, very hands-on
  • At least 6 - 8 years of experience in M&E building facilities maintenance & medical mobile equipment
