Job summary

A leading preschool provider in Singapore is seeking a Facility Management Support Executive to assist in the coordination of maintenance and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in facility management, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Job Description

As a Facility Management Support Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the facility management team in all aspects of day-to-day operations. Your main duties will include:

  • Assist in the coordination of all maintenance, repair and renovation projects
  • Respond to schools’ request for maintenance work
  • Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns and faults to determine their causes for the prevention of future occurrence
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed and ensure timely completion of all work request records
  • Keep proper records of legal contracts and vendor information and monitor the expiry of contracts
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. This includes working with the contractors to schedule pest control and air-conditioning for schools
  • Providing support in building and development projects
Job Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in facility management, property management or related fields
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
