Job summary

A leading engineering and maintenance company in Singapore is looking for a Maintenance Planner to optimize engineering operations and facility maintenance. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance activities, overseeing CMMS for work orders, and managing parts inventory. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, with 1-2 years in a cGMP/Pharmaceutical setting and proficiency in HxGN EAM. Strong communication skills are essential for continuous improvement within the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CMMS (HxGN EAM preferred) and knowledge of Equipment Qualification (GMP).
• Familiarity with local government codes of practice and safety regulations.

Purpose:Optimize engineering operations and facility maintenance through structured planning and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Scheduling:Coordinate all maintenance activities and manage the daily work order lifecycle.

• CMMS Administration:Oversee the HxGN EAM (or equivalent CMMS) to track work orders, labor hours, and equipment status through to closure.

• Inventory Management:Lead parts inventory control, including cycle counts and ensuring critical spare parts availability for reliability.

• Technical Compliance:Maintain accurate technical documentation, vendor manuals, and process diagrams.

Requirements

• Education:Diploma or Degree in Engineering.

• Experience:1–2 years in a Maintenance Planner role within a cGMP/Pharmaceutical environment.

• Systems Knowledge:Proficiency in CMMS (HxGN EAM preferred) and knowledge of Equipment Qualification (GMP).

• Regulatory:Familiarity with local government codes of practice and safety regulations.

• Core Skills:Strong communication skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
