The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience in a Maintenance Planner role, preferably in a cGMP environment. Responsibilities include scheduling maintenance activities, overseeing the CMMS, and managing parts inventory. This role is crucial for maintaining equipment reliability and requires excellent communication skills.

Join a dynamic team as a Maintenance Executive, where you will play a crucial role in optimizing maintenance activities and ensuring operational excellence.

  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities while keeping the work order system updated daily.
  • Oversee the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring accuracy of all work orders, including priorities, type, equipment, status, work performed, labor hours, materials, and follow-ups.
  • Manage the parts inventory system, maintaining accurate records and conducting periodic cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Ensure critical spare parts are readily available to maintain equipment reliability.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of technical information regarding processes, plant, and equipment by organizing required documents (drawings, vendor manuals, special procedures, diagrams, etc.).
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a Maintenance Planner role, with proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Experience in a current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) environment.
  • Ability to prepare GMP-related documents.
  • Knowledge of Equipment Qualification in compliance with GMP requirements.
  • Familiarity with local government codes of practice and regulations.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
