Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a supervisor to oversee daily Mechanical & Electrical works and coordinate with subcontractors. The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in M&E works. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and have an understanding of local construction regulations. You will ensure timely progress of works and perform quality checks on installations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in M&E works.
• Ability to supervise installation matters.
• Capability to carry out inspections for quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily M&E works and coordinate with sub-contractors.
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
• In charge of sanitary wares/equipment from suppliers.

Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD

Knowledge of BIM software

Understanding local construction by-laws

Education

Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
