Job summary

A reputable project management firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage and coordinate Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on-site. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include ensuring project compliance with specifications, coordinating M&E services, developing work schedules, and adhering to safety regulations to maintain a zero-accident workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accomplishing project objectives within constraints.
• Interpret technical designs and drawings for on-site construction.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and client specifications.
• Coordinate M&E services and prepare CSD/SEM drawings.
• Plan, develop and monitor work schedules for timely completion.
• Prepare reports on progress, delays, and defects for clients.
• Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues.
• Arrange site inspections with contractors and vendors.
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a zero accident workplace.

Education
