Job Scope

• Oversee assigned projects, ensuring progress aligns with schedules and taking corrective actions when needed.
• Requisition and plan for materials, labour, and equipment while minimizing wastage.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, assign tasks, and provide training to new project staff.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and purchasing teams regarding project matters.
• Conduct inspections, quality checks, and ensure adherence to safety and approved drawings.
• Handle contracts, claims, variations, material requisitions, and maintain stock control.
• Solve technical and coordination problems on-site and recommend corrective actions for non-conformance.
• Ensure proper project handover upon completion.
• Follow senior management’s assignments and arrange overtime work if required.

Requirement

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3 years’ experience in project and contract management
• Experience in Data Center projects is an advantage
