A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Manager to oversee a team of coordinators and modellers. You'll manage M&E works and ensure all specifications are met on large scale projects. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of relevant experience, ideally with a background in hospital projects. The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects.
• Hospital experience is an advantage.
• Highly motivated and independent.

Job Description

• Responsible for managing a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works;
• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants;
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
• Interfacing or M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing
• Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and Interfacing/M&E documents and drawing
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems
• Supervise the progress of works on site;
• Coordination of sub-contractor's work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in M&E
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects, hospital experience is an advantage
• Highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and communication skills
