Job description

Working hours: 5.5 days (8am – 6pm)
Salary: $3000 - $5300
Location: Island-wide (Depends Project Location)

Responsibilities
  • Assist M&E Manager in coordinating M&E specific works on site.
  • Control site progress & installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Schedule for on‑time completion.
  • Responsible for M&E drawing coordination and production of CSD and individual service drawings quality.
  • Responsible for conducting QA/QC inspection, managing RE, RTO and responsible for clearing QA/QC inspections to meet with construction schedule.
  • Responsible for variation order cost collection, cost verification of the VO works and make necessary recommendation of VO prices.
  • To check, evaluate and confirm work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of M&E sub‑contractor/NSC vendors progress payments incl. instruction of progress substantiation document preparation by sub‑contractors and vendors.
  • Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods.
  • Responsible for attendance to daily site co‑ordination meeting and provide detail co‑ordination with sub‑contractors.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experiences
  • At least Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
