Responsibilities

• Responsible for M&E works such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary.
• Ensure all M&E works are performed on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
• To be responsible for the supervision and coordination of subcontractors work at project site.
• General on-site technical & engineering matters and quality checks.
• Any ad-hoc tasks to be assigned.
