The Role

The M&A Consulting Group seeks a dynamic individual to drive growth and engagement in strategy & commercial deal diligence, focusing on the Consumer & Retail industry. The candidate should have experience in sub-verticals like commercial due diligence, value creation, growth strategy, market entry, or portfolio strategy, preferably from top consulting firms.

The role involves leading client engagements, supporting business development, and mentoring a team of consultants and analysts. The candidate should be capable of managing client relationships, developing high-impact reports and presentations, and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Developing staff
  • Shaping practice strategy
  • Managing risks in engagement delivery
  • Staying updated on sector trends and M&A intelligence
  • Building a professional network
  • Representing the firm at seminars and conferences

The team provides advisory services in strategy, growth, market entry, transaction due diligence, and operational reviews.
