This is not a typical retail position. As a Luxury Client Advisor at Watch District, you will be part of the frontline team shaping the growth of a leading luxury watch business. You will work closely with founders and senior team members to manage high-value clients, represent the brand, and develop the skills required to move into leadership and management roles as the company scales.
This role is designed for high-potential graduates who want real exposure to luxury sales, client strategy, brand building, and business operations, with a clear pathway into management.
Advise clients on luxury timepieces through in-depth consultations
Build and maintain long-term relationships with local and international clients
Represent Watch District with professionalism, confidence, and strong brand presence
Learn watch fundamentals, pricing dynamics, and market trends
Support daily showroom operations and client experience excellence
Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, customer journey, and in-store standards
Work closely with management to understand buying strategy, inventory decisions, and business performance

Typical progression:
Luxury Client Advisor – Sales, product knowledge, client handling
Senior Client Advisor – Key client management, mentoring juniors

University graduate or final-year student (all disciplines welcome)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, confident, and comfortable interacting with high-net-worth clients
Commercial mindset with interest in business, branding, or entrepreneurship
Willingness to learn — no prior watch or retail experience required
Comfortable working weekends and retail hours
