  • Collaborate with Global Teams and Market Companies to localize global Prestige strategies, ensuring market relevance and commercial viability.
  • Conduct Prestige ecosystem diagnostics and market audits (channels, visibility, consumer experience) to surface growth and desirability levers.
  • Co-build and deploy Prestige capability action plans with priority markets.

Lighthouse Projects Activation & Event Delivery

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of flagship Prestige Lighthouse activations across Asia Pacific
  • Lead the coordination of Lighthouse experiences that showcase Asia Pacific’s role as a Prestige hub (e.g., high-profile launches, private client dinners, regional showcases).
  • Work closely with domestic marketing teams, partner agencies, and global stakeholders to ensure best-in-class execution quality aligned with brand codes and luxury standards.
  • Serve as the regional focal point for Prestige activation toolkits, ensuring consistent roll-out, measurement, and reporting of impact.
  • Support and occasionally lead Asia Pacific event logistics, vendor management, and agency briefing to ensure cost-efficient and brand-elevating implementation.

Le Cercle Program Support & Capability Building

  • Partner with domestic marketing teams to strengthen the consistency, visibility, and quality of Le Cercle, Pernod Ricard’s direct-to-VIP and private client engagement program.
  • Ensure the alignment of Le Cercle experiences and rituals with Prestige brand codes, clienteling principles, and overall luxury positioning.
  • Support capability building across markets by sharing best practices, training materials, and client experience guidelines to elevate the program’s standards across Asia Pacific
  • Consolidate learnings and success stories from local implementations to contribute to Le Cercle’s continuous improvement, best practices for reapplication globally, as well as cross-market knowledge sharing

Performance Tracking & Learning

  • Track and report Prestige KPIs across the region in partnership with Market and Global teams.
  • Aggregate best practices and learnings from Lighthouse markets to inform future activations / export for reapplication to other management entities.
  • Contribute to ongoing development of Prestige playbooks, activation guidelines, and client experience standards.

Stakeholder Engagement & Culture Building
