DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER (TACTICAL ENFORCEMENT OPERATIONS), ENFORCEMENT ENGAGEMENT AND TRAINING

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Transport that spearheads land transport developments in Singapore. As the Leader of the Tactical Enforcement Operations team, you will ensure safety and compliance on Singapore's roads and paths. Your responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage a team of enforcement officers in planning and executing targeted operations against violations under the Active Mobility Act and Road Traffic Act.
• Develop comprehensive enforcement strategies to address non‑compliant behaviour by vehicle and active‑mobility device users.
• Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders and other law enforcement agencies to ensure coordinated and effective operations.
• Spearhead projects to enhance operational capabilities, including the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
• Analyse enforcement data and trends to optimise resource deployment and operational effectiveness.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high‑performing enforcement unit.

What we are looking for:

• Knowledge in relevant fields (e.g., Law Enforcement, Public Safety, Business Administration).
• Preferably at least 3 years of relevant experience in law enforcement, operations management, or a similar field.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of team management.
• Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across various stakeholder groups.
• Good understanding of relevant laws and regulations in Singapore.
• Experience in data analysis and operational planning.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced working environment where occasional irregular hours are expected.
