Job Info

• Salary: Up to $6,500 basic + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Working Days: 5–6 days per week (depending on operational needs); 44 hours per week
• Additional time off will be provided for hours worked beyond 44 per week
• Location: Marina Bay Cruise Centre
• Industry: Freight Forwarding
• Supporting a well‑known MNC client in the cruise vacation industry

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely shipment, delivery, loading, and unloading of supplies for cruise vessels.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure alignment with vessel itineraries and port turnaround times.
• Conduct routine vendor visits to check quality, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Work closely with warehouse providers and port agents on inventory, delivery timing, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify issues early, escalate promptly, and prepare reports on corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation for shipments, vendor interactions, and inventory movements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or shipping coordination.
• Prior exposure to maritime, hospitality, or cruise operations is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
