About the role

As a Logistics Quality Executive at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency across the company's logistics operations in the Alps Avenue. This full‑time role will see you collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to identify, resolve and prevent quality‑related issues, contributing to the overall success and continuous improvement of the business.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) procedures and standards for warehouse, transportation, and last‑mile delivery operations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of logistics processes, inventory handling, and packaging quality.
  • Investigate quality issues (e.g., mis‑shipments, damages, delays, non‑conformances); lead root cause analysis and drive corrective & preventive actions.
  • Work closely with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to resolve quality‑related matters.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, audits, incidents, and improvement actions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, customer requirements, and relevant regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce error rates, enhance packaging standards, and optimize logistics workflows.
  • Support the onboarding and training of operations teams on QA standards and procedures.
  • Monitor and report key quality metrics, including damage rate, mis‑pick rate, and claims frequency, and provide insights for performance enhancement.
What we’re looking for
  • Education & Experience
    • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics operations or QA, preferably within a 3PL or warehouse environment.
  • Technical Skills
    • Strong knowledge of logistics processes, warehousing, and transportation flows.
    • Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
    • Familiarity with lean or Six Sigma methodologies (advantageous).
    • Understanding of QA tools and root cause analysis techniques (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).
    • Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Personal Attributes
    • High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
    • Effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
