Job Responsibilities

• Manage and clear regional order backlogs on a daily basis
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Inventory, and Procurement teams
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely order processing and fulfilment
• Monitor order performance (accuracy, cycle time, backlog status)
• Oversee cash-to-order process and ensure policy compliance
• Handle returns and exchanges according to company guidelines
• Support Customer Service on order entry when required
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Prepare basic operational and performance reports for management

Job Requirements

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of work experience in Customer Service and Logistics related environment
• At least 3-5 years of experience in order fulfilment, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and order management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
