About the Role

V-ZUG is seeking a Logistics Officer to support inventory control, demand planning coordination, and logistics operations for its kitchen appliances business in Singapore. This role works closely with HQ, local warehouse partners, and customers to ensure smooth end-to-end logistics execution.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control & Planning (Kitchen Appliances)

  • Manage inventory levels for finished kitchen appliances in Singapore
  • Support forecasting and demand planning in coordination with HQ
  • Monitor stock availability, replenishment needs, and slow-moving items
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and service level alignment
  • Support long‑term availability planning for finished goods

Logistics Coordination (HQ Singapore)

  • Coordinate inbound logistics between HQ and Singapore warehouse
  • Track shipmentsодерж delivery schedules, and delays
  • Act as local point of contact for HQ on logistics matters

Local Warehouse & Customer Logistics

  • Coordinate daily logistics with local warehouse partners
  • Liaise with customers and distributors on deliveries
  • Ensure timely order fulfilment and issue resolution

Reporting & Operational Support Federa

  • Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records
  • Prepare basic reports on inventory and delivery performance
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company and local logistics requirements
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in logistics, inventory control, or supply chain coordination
  • Experience handling finished goods (appliances or consumer durables preferred)
  • Experience working with warehouses and logistics service providers
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
