Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end logistics and transportation operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Lead and supervise logistics teams, including drivers, warehouse, and transport coordinators.
  • Develop delivery routes, schedules, and fleet utilization plans to optimize efficiency.
  • Manage third‑party logistics providers and vendors, ensuring service quality and compliance.
  • Monitor logistics KPIs such as on‑time delivery, cost control, and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies, including MOM and LTA requirements.
  • Handle operational issues, escalations, and contingency planning.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (warehouse, procurement, sales) to support business needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and performance.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide management updates.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of logistics or transportation management experience.
  • Proven experience managing fleets, drivers, and logistics operations.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Good leadership, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with TMS / ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced and operational environment.
