• Collaborate with planners for customer shipment forecasts.
• Liaise with departments on logistics and finance matters.
• Build relationships with vendors and departments.
• Monitor incoming materials and outgoing products.
• Ensure compliance with shipping and customs regulations.
• Prepare and update reports in a timely manner.

Job description

• Handle shipping document processing and closely monitor shipment movements, including Proof of Delivery (POD) status.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedules for both new and existing products.
• Manage and process claims for damaged shipments.
• Collaborate with logistics planners to forecast customer shipments, develop logistics plans, and streamline the flow of goods from order to delivery to ensure product/service availability.
• Liaise with the Facility Manager and Warehouse on detrashing and recycling matters, and with Finance on supplier invoice matters.
• Build supportive and productive relationships with vendors and cross-functional departments to enhance company competitiveness.
• Monitor incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Ensure compliance with cross-border shipping requirements, customs regulations, and international trade policies.
• Prepare and update weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner.
