Job Description

Sales Order & Sales Support:

• Assist in processing sales orders and preparing invoices, commercial invoices (CIs), and purchase orders (POs).

• Handle customer inquiries related to orders and deliveries.

Logistics & Shipment Coordination:

• Assist in arranging local and overseas shipments, including preparing labels, packaging, and transport.

• Prepare shipping documents (AWB) and track deliveries.

Vendor Liaison:

• Coordinate with local and overseas vendors, freight forwarders, and couriers.

• Follow up on orders and deliveries.

Inventory Management:

• Update inventory, shipment, and order records.

• Assist in monitoring stock levels.

General Support:

• Support daily logistics and sales coordination tasks.

• Work with internal teams (Sales, Production, Engineering) to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior experience in logistics or sales coordination will be an advantage.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).

• Basic knowledge of MYOB / ABSS accounting software is a plus.

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Willing to learn, responsible, detail-oriented, and flexible to work overtime when required.

• Able to work well in a team environment, and have good problem-solving and time-management skills.
