A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Sales Coordinator to manage sales and logistics operations. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, coordinating shipments, and updating inventory records. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply. The company offers attractive benefits, including salary increments and a supportive work environment. Immediate hiring is available, working Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
Sales Order & Sales Support:
Assist in processing sales orders and preparing invoices, commercial invoices (CIs), and purchase orders (POs).
Handle customer inquiries related to orders and deliveries.
Logistics & Shipment Coordination:
Assist in arranging local and overseas shipments, including preparing labels, packaging, and transport.
Prepare shipping documents (AWB) and track deliveries.
Vendor Liaison:
Coordinate with local and overseas vendors, freight forwarders, and couriers.
Follow up on orders and deliveries.
Inventory Management:
Update inventory, shipment, and order records.
Assist in monitoring stock levels.
General Support:
Support daily logistics and sales coordination tasks.
Work with internal teams (Sales, Production, Engineering) to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with other ad-hoc tasks when needed.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior experience in logistics or sales coordination will be an advantage.
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
Basic knowledge of MYOB / ABSS accounting software is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Willing to learn, responsible, detail-oriented, and flexible to work overtime when required.
Able to work well in a team environment, and have good problem-solving and time-management skills.
