A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a logistics coordinator to schedule and dispatch trucks for linehaul operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in transport administration, familiarity with local road networks, and proficiency in fleet management systems. This role involves coordinating with drivers and vendors, optimizing delivery routes, and maintaining accurate transport records. Salary offered is gross $3000 to $3500, and work is required over 6 days from 9 pm to 8 am.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O'/'N' Level, Diploma in logistics or related field is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in transport or logistics administration.
• Familiar with Singapore road networks and LTA regulations.
• Proficient in MS Excel and fleet management systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch trucks for linehaul operations.
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor vehicle movement using GPS/fleet systems and update job statuses.
• Optimize routes and delivery schedules to improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of transport activities and driver logs.
• Assist with driver rostering and shift planning.
• Verify vendor trip invoices against internal records and report discrepancies.
• Prepare daily and weekly transport performance reports.
