Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules based on delivery orders.
• Work closely with the production team to confirm product readiness.
• Communicate with loading staff and sales coordinators to prioritize goods.
• Track production status to ensure timely preparation of delivery items.
• Allocate drivers and assign deliveries according to urgency.
• Maintain accurate records of delivery activities and resolve issues.

Job description

Basic information:

• Basic up to $3200
• 5 days work week, Mon - Fri: 8am – 5.30pm
• Location: Woodlands

Job Description:

• Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules based on Delivery Orders, assigning routes to ensure efficient dispatch
• Work closely with the production team to confirm product readiness and monitor production progress
• Communicate with loading staff and sales coordinators to prioritize and arrange outgoing goods
• Track production status to ensure all delivery items are prepared on time
• Allocate drivers and assign deliveries according to destination priority and urgency
• Maintain accurate records of all delivery activities and assist in resolving any delivery-related issues that arise
