A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a warehouse operations manager to ensure adherence to procedures and customer requirements. You will be responsible for managing inventory accuracy and liaising with various personnel for coordination. The role also requires compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, along with administrative duties related to inbound and outbound processes. • Manage inventory accuracy through daily activities and audits.
• Liaise with Customer Service and Warehouse personnel for better coordination.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE procedures.

Job description

• Ensure that warehouse operations at respective floor are executed in accordance with the warehouse procedures and customers’ requirements
• Ensure schedule and deadlines are adhered to
• Manage Inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit of the same to verify results
• Exercise good work practices towards Policies and Procedures and understanding of compliance in relation to regulatory bodies
• Liaise with Customer Service, Traffic and Warehouse personnel to establish better working coordination with them
• Ensure compliance with HSSE procedures and practices
• Administration duties as required to ensure daily Inbound / Outbound processed in system
• Administration duties as required to ensure all warehouse activities related report to complete as when required
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
