Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is looking for an individual to perform receiving and goods receipt functions using SAP, check invoices, and coordinate with suppliers. Candidates should have GCE O Levels and experience in manufacturing logistics. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. This role is essential in maintaining safety standards and supporting productivity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and accuracy in GR documentation.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Knowledge of TS16949 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving and GR functions using SAP.
• Check and verify supplier invoices against received goods.
• Assist in MTS / WMS labelling activities.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and forwarders.
• Maintain FIFO, 5S and safety standards.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving and GR functions using SAP
• Check and verify supplier invoices against received goods
• Assist in MTS / WMS labelling activities
• Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and forwarders
• Maintain FIFO, 5S and safety standards
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory accuracy activities
• Support productivity / kaizen initiatives
• Work with cross‑functional teams to resolve material issues
• Ensure accurate put‑away to warehouse locations
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements

• GCE O Levels and above
• Experience in manufacturing logistics / materials management
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage (frequent coordination with Mandarin‑speaking teams)
• Strong problem‑solving and accuracy in GR documentation
• Skills in AutoCAD, Excel, IE or Lean methods an added advantage
• Knowledge of TS16949 preferred
