• Position Title: Logistics and Warehouse Officer
• Working Location: Tampines
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + OT + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from your supervisor/company for transporting items/equipment.
• Plan and coordinate the transport and delivery of goods to internal and external customers, ensuring timely deliveries and efficient routes.
• Maintain and update delivery schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Load and unload items/equipment safely.
• Take responsibility for the safety and full accountability of delivered items with proper documentation.
• Ensure delivered items are safe and fully accounted for with proper documentation.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure goods are properly labelled, stored, and protected to prevent damage.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and keep accurate records in warehouse management systems.
• Implement and manage inventory control procedures to reduce stock discrepancies.
• Ensure the warehouse complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized to minimize hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
• Follow safety procedures and best practices for handling equipment.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle to keep it safe and clean.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
