Position: Logistics & Warehouse Officer / Logistics Coordinator

Location: West / East Singapore

Salary: Up to $3,000 + OT + AWS + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute the transport and delivery of goods to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Liaise with internal teams and head office to schedule deliveries and maintain updated records.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, dispatching, and stock-taking.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform regular audits, and maintain records in warehouse systems.
• Validate and prepare delivery documentation, shipping labels, and packing slips.
• Ensure workplace and vehicle cleanliness, safety, and adherence to operational procedures.
• Work closely with warehouse teams to streamline goods movement and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Employment opportunities: Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum O Level with at least 1 year of logistics or warehouse experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or handheld scanners is good to have.
