Monthly Rotating Shift

• Working Hour: Mon - Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm / 8:30pm to 5:30am
• Night Shift Allowance: $15/shift
• Must be willing to work OT on weekdays, weekends and PH
• Location: Greenwich Drive

• Ensure the accuracy of inventory records and timely updates in the ERP system.
• Lead and train the inventory control team while overseeing daily cycle counts, weekly counts, and monthly/quarterly stock takes.
• Collaborate closely with operations and suppliers to maintain a smooth flow of inventory.
• Monitor slow-moving, expired, damaged, and blocked stock; suggest and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for inventory management.
• Identify opportunities to enhance accuracy, reduce errors, and optimize physical space usage.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
• Demonstrates resilience and adaptability in dynamic work environments, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
• Possesses strong communication and collaborative leadership skills to guide teams effectively.
