Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a Logistic Assistant to manage loading, unloading, sorting, and packaging of goods. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and be proficient in inventory software and Microsoft Office. Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and reconcile shipping documents.
• Enter data into spreadsheets and verify accuracy.
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards.
• Support the maintenance of administrative documentation.

Responsibilities

• In charge in loading ad unloading. sorting and stocking, and packaging goods and orders
• Responsible for monitoring material transported and delivered for timeliness and legality
• Responsible for preparing shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing Lists, and Shipyard Material Receivers, etc.,
• Responsible for the review, verification, and reconciliation of shipping documents
• Provide support in completing paperwork and documentation
• Responsible for entering data into spreadsheets from multiple sources, as well as verifying input and calculations
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audit
• Provide support in the maintenance of electronic filing system for administrative documentation that guarantees swift retrieval of requested documents

Requirements

• Min N level and above
• Min 3 years of working experience as Logistic Assistant
• Proficient in Inventory software and Ms Office
