Job summary

Job description

Job Scope:

• Receive and verify shipping and billing documents
• Verify customer shipping requirements and shipment modes
• Process sales orders and billing accurately in ERP system
• Update records in Excel and coordinate with operations team
• Match packing documents with shipment management system (SMS)
• Perform ERP transactions (purchase requests, receipts, stock transfers)
• Conduct weekly and monthly cycle count validation
• Communicate with customers via email, Teams, and phone
• Liaise with internal teams to fulfill customer orders
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in any field
• Proficient in MS Office
• Minimum 1 year of warehousing or logistics experience
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays

Other Information:

• Location: East/ Tuas
• Timing: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Monday to Friday
