Job description

We are actively hiring for a client in a Senior Care Centre setting in Singapore and we wish to invite interested therapist to apply the role.

Job Code: SSCC27/11/PT

Locum Physiotherapist - 12 months contract ( Negotiable )

• Involved in community rehab and assessment of the SCC referrals.
• Therapy intervention planning and training of the SCC staff for group and care of MDC and DDC clients.
• Training of the SCC staff as required.
• Assess, Plan and provide one to one intervention for the community rehab residents at SCC.
• Review all the SCC clients for group, maintenance or rehab intervention.
• Planning and review of group activities with the SCC staff.
• Initiate and plan the group activities for the SCC clients.
• Assist in identifying the items for purchase for SCC suitable for the client PT activities.
• Regular documentation as per the requirement.
• Assist in completing the service requirements of SCC for Physiotherapy needs.

Project Schedule

• Hours of coverage: Minimum coverage requirement – 12 hours coverage per week
• Projected Commencement: from January 2026
