Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care for patients in mental health inpatient wards.
• Conduct patient observation, assessment, and interventions as needed.
• Support psychiatrists, doctors, and therapists during treatment sessions.
• Administer medication and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
• Manage behavioral or emotional incidents using proper de-escalation techniques.
• Uphold infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards.
