🎯 Who We're Looking For:
Insurance agents or financial advisors with a strong desire to grow in banking
No base salary currently? We offer you the stability of a monthly income + uncapped commissions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly driven, with a passion for helping clients grow their wealth
Preferably with CMFAS certifications (e.g., M5, M9, HI), but training support available
🔑 What You’ll Do:
Engage walk-in and bank-referred customers to understand their financial goals
Offer investment and wealth planning solutions such as unit trusts, insurance-linked products, and other bank offerings
Build long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent after-sales service and portfolio reviews
Collaborate with internal banking teams (e.g., Relationship Managers, Personal Bankers) to drive cross-selling opportunities
Maintain compliance with financial advisory and regulatory standards
