Are you a confident, charismatic live stream host with proven experience driving engagement, audience growth, and sales on TikTok, Instagram, or other live commerce platforms?
Pearly Lustre, Singapore’s leading original pearl jewellery brand, is looking for an experienced Live Stream Host to represent our brand and connect with customers through compelling, high-conversion live content.

This role is ideal for someone who understands fashion storytelling, live selling, and long-term audience building — not just going live, but growing a community.

💎 Your Role

As a Live Stream Host, you will:

• Host regular live streams on TikTok, Instagram, and/or other platforms to showcase jewellery collections

• Script, plan, and structure live sessions to maximise engagement and sales conversion

• Present jewellery with confident styling advice, product knowledge, and storytelling

• Interact with viewers in real time — answering questions, responding to comments, and building rapport

• Drive audience growth over time, not just one-off sales

• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine live strategies, promotions, and content formats

• Analyse performance (views, engagement, conversion) and continuously improve live content

• Support short-form video creation from live clips for ongoing platform growth

👤 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in live streaming with measurable results (Instagram Live, TikTok Live, or similar)

• Strong on-camera presence with clear, engaging communication

• Fashion-forward with a good eye for styling, trends, and presentation

• Experience in live commerce or social selling preferred

• Comfortable scripting content and adapting live based on audience response

• Familiar with social media algorithms, live commerce mechanics, and audience growth strategies

• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage

• Reliable, professional, and confident working independently on live sessions
