Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Legal Operations Executive to join our team and provide essential support to our lawyers in a fast-paced and dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist lawyers with legal and administrative support.
  2. Prepare and e-file court documents through eLitigation.
  3. Assist to organise correspondence and documents with clients, the Courts, and opposing counsel.
  4. Manage and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, including photocopying, scanning, and document organisation.
  5. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and Zoom hearings.
  6. Monitor, record, and track all court dates, timelines, and filing deadlines.
  7. Maintain and manage case folders and workflow processes.
Who We Are Looking For
  1. Fresh Polytechnic and O Level graduates are welcome .Training will be provided.
  2. Experienced candidates including senior citizens who have previously provided legal or administrative support are also welcome to apply.
  3. Individuals who are organised, responsible, and able to work efficiently in a team.
  4. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a structured manner.
