Job summary

A technology consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist responsible for managing and monitoring systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in Computer Science, at least 3 years of experience with Linux, and good communication skills. Role and responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Provide enterprise-wide infrastructure design and support to Linux, VMware and Microsoft Windows environments

• Possess initiative, positive attitude and strong passion in operation support
