Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled maintenance and inspections of lift and escalator systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system faults or irregularities efficiently.
• Respond promptly to customer calls, incidents, and recovery works.
• Report maintenance findings, safety concerns, and defective components to supervisors.
• Ensure all tasks are performed safely and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Lift Maintenance Technician

• Work Location: Various location within Mainland Singapore
• Office Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5.45pm
• Monthly Salary: Basic up to $3010 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

• Carry out scheduled maintenance and inspections of lift and escalator systems.

• Maintain accurate records and service documentation.
• Participate in toolbox meetings and regular safety briefings.

Requirements

• NITEC in Mechanical / Electrical engineering / Building Environment (Vertical Transportation)
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in lift/escalator maintenance and inspection
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
• Possess own vehicle travel work site
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
