We're hiring a seasoned Email Marketing Operations Manager to take ownership of our European email marketing programs. This role blends strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and GDPR-compliant practices to elevate customer engagement across diverse markets.
Manage end-to-end email campaigns across multiple European audiences
Drive segmentation, automation, and lifecycle strategy tailored for the region
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver localized, on-brand campaigns
Continuously improve key KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversions, revenue)
Maintain email list hygiene and ensure GDPR-compliant marketing practices
Support and enable regional partners across target markets.
3–5+ years of experience in email marketing
Experience using platforms like Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc.
Firm grasp of marketing automation, CRM workflows, and segmentation
Analytical thinker with strong reporting and optimization skills
Proficiency in English and at least one of French, German, Italian, or Spanish
Deep understanding of GDPR and European privacy standards
Experience in DTC, e-commerce, SaaS, or digital consumer brands
Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for editing email templates
Familiar with CDPs, SMS, and push notification strategies
