Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to manage commercial contracts and oversee supplier and client agreements. We are partnering with a leading technology company, specializing in data center and GPU infrastructure, to hire a Legal Counsel. The role will manage commercial contracts, oversee supplier and client agreements, and provide strategic legal guidance on regulatory, compliance, and cross-border matters for a fast-growing platform serving major clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate business contracts with external suppliers, clients, and partners.
• Provide legal guidance on data center operations and technology procurement.
• Advise on regulatory and compliance matters for cross-border operations.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to structure agreements that mitigate risk.
• Support internal corporate governance and legal matters as needed.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years PQE in Singapore, preferably with corporate/commercial law experience.
• Experience in the technology sector is preferred.
• Solid understanding of Singapore’s regulatory and compliance landscape.
• Familiarity in Malaysian and US contract law is a plus.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, strategic, and high-growth environment.
