Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating various legal documents, providing legal advice to business units, and overseeing the establishment and closure of subsidiaries. The ideal candidate must possess at least 4 years of post-qualification experience, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical abilities. This is an on-site role located in the West region of Singapore.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Knowledge of construction law and/or experience in the construction industry.
• Pro-active and independent.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and render legal advice.
• Provide legal advice and support on a broad range of commercial issues.
• Handle setting up and closing subsidiaries and branches.
