About the Role

We are a lean, technology-driven firm at the intersection of high-performance computing, data center infrastructure, and the Bitcoin mining ecosystem. We develop proprietary systems that power massive data operations globally.

As our first Legal Counsel, you won't just be reviewing contracts—you will be a strategic partner to our Founder. You will build our legal framework from the ground up, navigating the exciting (and often complex) regulatory landscape of Web3 and global infrastructure. What You Will Do

Legal Architect: Act as the sole internal point of contact for all legal matters, including corporate governance, commercial contracts, and IP.

Regulatory Navigator: Conduct deep-dive legal research into Web3, digital assets, and Bitcoin mining regulations across multiple jurisdictions (SG, US, China).

Cross-Border Liaison: Collaborate closely with our engineering and operations teams in China and the US. Your ability to communicate technical legal concepts in Mandarin will be key.

External Counsel Management: Be the gatekeeper for our external law firms, ensuring we get high-value advice and managing legal spend efficiently.

Commercial Partner: Draft and negotiate agreements for IT services, management consulting, and data center operations.

Who You Are

• Experience: 3–7 years PQE. Experience in a top-tier law firm or a high-growth tech startup is preferred.

• Industry Interest: You have a genuine curiosity about Bitcoin mining, blockchain, and hardware infrastructure. You don't need to be an expert yet, but you must be a fast learner.

• Language: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is essential to support our China-based stakeholders.

• Mindset: "Solution-provider" over "Problem-identifier." You are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy the pace of a startup.

• Education: LL.B. or J.D. from a recognized university.
