Key Responsibilities
Corporate & Commercial Legal Support
  • Draft, review, and assist in negotiating commercial agreements (e.g., service, sales, licensing, employment contracts).
  • Support corporate governance initiatives and internal policy development.
  • Conduct legal research and provide preliminary advice on Singapore and regional regulations.
Cross-Border & Corporate Transactions Support
  • Assist in legal due diligence and documentation for cross-border projects and corporate transactions.
  • Support company incorporation, amendments, shareholder/board matters, and regulatory filings in Singapore or overseas subsidiaries.
Compliance & Data Protection
  • Support development and implementation of internal compliance frameworks (e.g., anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, whistleblowing, data protection).
  • Provide guidance on PDPA and other data protection regulations.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Liaise with external counsel and internal teams to ensure alignment with legal requirements.
  • Support management in regulatory and contractual matters.
Job Requirements
  • Master of Laws or from a recognised institution.
  • 2–4 years of legal experience in corporate, commercial, compliance, or in‑house roles (experience in multinational or cross‑border environments preferred).
  • Knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, compliance frameworks, and cross‑border legal matters.
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and liaise effectively with stakeholders.
