Responsibilities

Team member of varying years of experiences are entrusted with identifying and engaging potential tenants through a blend of insightful market research, effective networking, and proactive outreach efforts.

As a manager, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team. Your responsibilities include supervising the execution of leasing strategies, with a focus on maximising rental income and occupancy rates.

Requirements

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or a related field, with varying levels of experience tailored to the respective roles.

Candidates with no experience and eager to kickstart their careers are welcome to apply, while seasoned professionals with experience in retail/commercial leasing can bring invaluable expertise to the table.

Importantly, you possess strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. You are also detail‑oriented as leasing professionals are responsible for finalising lease agreements and other essential documentation.
