• 5 days work week
• Location: Central / East
• $4000 - $5000 (Basic) with commission/incentives
• AWS & VB provided

Responsibilities:

• Drive leasing activities for retail spaces, including marketing, tenant sourcing, and securing leases
• Conduct site viewings, negotiate lease terms, and prepare tenancy agreements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agents, and business partners
• Manage lease renewals, monitor occupancy rates, and support rental collection
• Provide market intelligence and contribute to strategies that maximize retail performance

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in retail leasing or commercial property
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven
• Proficient in MS Office applications
