An established compliance and training service provider in Singapore seeks a candidate to manage CPD compliance and learning administration. Your role includes collaborating with the Compliance team, maintaining training records, and overseeing financial administration. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, and excellent communication skills. This role requires a collaborative and proactive team player committed to the company’s values.
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Location: Shenton Way
Collaborate closely with the Compliance team to ensure learning records for regulated staff are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
Maintain, review, and update training records and supporting evidence for all regulated employees.
Administer the SharePoint platform and liaise with the appointed vendor.
Oversee the annual renewal process for the CPD vendor.
Oversee the Singapore local learning mailbox, providing timely and professional responses to enquiries.
Administer Actuarial and Non-Actuarial Sponsorship programs, as well as the External Training and Professional Development policies.
Prepare and process contractual documentation, validate training claims in Workday and Unit4, and confirm bond obligations for exiting employees.
Track program costs, process invoices, and handle Coupa submissions and vendor setup requests.
Support the deployment of local learning programs as needed, including managing calendar invitations, participant communications, attendance tracking, catering orders, and logistics.
Assist with virtual program coordination (e.g., MS Teams setup, opening breakout rooms).
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into clear, compelling narratives.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and other advanced formulas); strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated problem solving, decision-making, and analytical capabilities.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
Collaborative, proactive team player with a strong desire to learn.
