Job Description
  • Work closely with the business to understand learning needs and help plan and run training programmes for different product teams
  • Support onboarding for new hires, internal sharing sessions, and various learning activities across the company
  • Help manage learning resources and assist in organising learning events and initiatives
  • Partner with subject matter experts and content owners to support soft skills and leadership training programmes
  • Create engaging e-learning content using Articulate 360 and/or Articulate Rise, including simple storyboards and visuals based on provided materials
  • Support other Learning & Development projects and ad‑hoc tasks when needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Internship experience or exposure to HR / Learning & Development is a plus
  • Curious, fast learner who is well‑organised and able to manage timelines
  • Genuine interest in training, learning, and people development — and enjoys sharing knowledge with others
  • Positive, proactive, and enjoys working in a team
  • Passionate about creating a culture of continuous learning and growth
