Job description

You are a dynamic and experienced Director needed to lead the ASIC/SoC Division at ATRI Solutions in India, based in Ahmedabad or Pune. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will strategically and operationally oversee building and scaling engineering teams, delivering pre- and post-silicon services, and cultivating ecosystem partnerships with top silicon companies.Your responsibilities will include developing and expanding engineering services like ASIC/SoC RTL design, FPGA prototyping, board bring-up, firmware development, and more. You will create asset-light delivery models and ensure adherence to engineering quality standards and automation frameworks for efficient delivery.In addition, you will spearhead ecosystem partnership programs with ASIC/SoC design houses, FPGA/EDA vendors, and cloud toolchain providers. Leading joint solutions and co-development programs, you will represent ATRI in alliance events and technical steering groups.You will be tasked with recruiting, developing, and managing engineering teams in Pune and Ahmedabad, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and implementing training and mentoring programs. Your goal is to maintain operational excellence by ensuring timely delivery, overseeing project execution, and collaborating with sales teams on client engagements.To qualify for this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in ASIC, SoC, FPGA, or embedded systems engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in technical or business leadership positions. A strong background in areas like ASIC/SoC board bring-up, firmware development, and FPGA-based system prototyping is essential. A degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering is required.Preferred qualifications include experience working with global ASIC/SoC vendors, familiarity with tools like JTAG and oscilloscopes, and knowledge of cloud-based validation and CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to automotive, networking, AI hardware, or consumer silicon platforms is a plus.This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the expected start date is 19/07/2025.,
