Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Transact TPH Technical Analyst to design, implement, and support payment solutions within the Temenos Transact (T24) Payment Hub (TPH) framework. The role involves working with stakeholders to configure and customize TPH modules, integrate payment workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Temenos TPH (Payment Hub) modules.
• Develop and customize payment workflows, payment orders, and routing rules within TPH.
• Integrate SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, SEPA, UPI, ISO20022 and other payment systems.
• Work on interfaces between T24 and external payment gateways/clearing systems.
• Perform technical analysis, coding (jBC, OFS, TPH APIs, IRIS, Integration Framework) and unit testing.
• Support payment exception handling, reconciliation, and monitoring processes.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather payment-related requirements and translate them into TPH solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (AML, Sanctions, FATF, etc.).
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and fine-tune TPH performance in production.
• Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and user training.
