Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of OutSystems applications.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers.

• Define system architecture, integration design, and coding standards.

• Review solution designs and conduct code reviews to ensure performance, scalability, and security.

• Manage technical risks, troubleshoot complex production issues, and drive root-cause analysis.

• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, UX designers, and infrastructure teams.

• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices, and DevOps pipelines.

• Oversee application performance, availability, and platform optimization.

• Ensure compliance with security, PDPA, and enterprise governance standards.

• Support project planning, estimations, and technical roadmap activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on OutSystems development experience

• Minimum 3 years in a Technical Lead / Team Lead / Architectural role.

• Strong experience in OutSystems 11, Forge, Service Studio, LifeTime, and Integration Studio.

• Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs, system integrations, and microservices.

• Strong knowledge of SQL, database design, and performance tuning.

• Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management.

• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models.
